food, hunger, and malnutrition

• Every nation, rich or poor, struggles with poor nutrition

quality. Mostly through nutrient-rich foods, a high quality
diet covers the majority of essential nutrient needs.
•  Securing high quality diets for all, comprising
sufficiency, diversity, balance, and safety, is necessary to
resolve hunger and malnutrition in all its forms

•  Eliminating hunger, resolving all forms of undernutrition,

and combating obesity are three critical goals that need
to be achieved by policymakers through the
implementation of evidence-based, cost-effective
measures.

• Governments must take into consideration how policies

in many areas affect how the food system functions from
farm to fork. They must determine the adjustments that
will enable all customers to eat healthily.

You may elaborate your such as famine that is happening around the

from your readings on the be uncommon to be put under the same topic
topic or relate with as hunger. Famine is a number one problem
your/other’s experience. that are happening in four struggling countries
such as Somalia, Yemen, South Sudan, and
Nigeria. These countries are still struggling to
cope with famine since 2017 in which a lot of
people around the world still do not act to help
those people who are in need of food. People
who are rich tend to waste their food and
sometimes spend a lot of money on expensive
food without even finishing the food. They don't
even worry about the people who are struggling
to cope with famine since they have money. In
addition, obesity is usually associated with food
excess but it also can be actually from
micronutrients and daily hunger. This kind of
information might be new to certain people
because they always think that obesity equals
to eat a lot of food and not a lack of
micronutrients. Obesity can also lead to
hypertension and recently it has been
happening a lot among young people. The
stigma about obesity being caused by eating a
lot of food needs to be changed so that people
are more aware of it and young people need to
start taking care of their health because
diseases can appear regardless of age.
