Dear Sir/Madam:

We are pleased to inform you that your Pag-IBIG Fund housing loan application has been
APPROVED and was taken out on December 6, 2022 in the amount of EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (P800,000.00).

Your monthly installment/amortization shall commence on January with subsequent payments


beginning on January 6, 2023 and every 6th day of the month thereafter until the obligation is fully paid.
The approved amount shall be payable in 360 monthly installments/amortizations.

Please be reminded of the following in relation to your housing account:

1. BILLING STATEMENT

We will send your Housing Loan Monthly Billing Statement through mail and email. You may also visit
the Pag-IBIG website at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph to view and print your latest billing statement and
verify payments made. In case you have no existing email account, we encourage you to create an
account to enjoy the convenience of receiving your monthly billing statement through email. You may
subscribe to our electronic billing services at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph.

Failure to receive your monthly billing statement will not relieve you from paying your monthly
installment/amortization. Simply indicate your housing account number when paying to any of the
accredited collecting partner banks/authorized collection partners stated below. An Acknowledgement
Receipt or Transaction Receipt will be given to you as proof of your payment.

2. PAYMENT

▪ To ensure that payments are properly credited to your account, please indicate your Housing
Account No. 315049030311 every time you make a payment.

▪ Your monthly installment/amortization may be paid through any of the following modes:

a. Salary Deduction
b. Issuance of Post-Dated Check (PDCs)
c. Thru accredited partner banks or authorized collection partners:
For Local: SM Business Service Centers, SM Hypermart, SM Savemore Market, CIS
Bayad Center, ECPay, M.Lhuillier, Globe G-Cash, Landbank of the
Philippines, Metrobank and Employer with Collection Servicing Agreement
(CSA) with Pag-IBIG Fund
For Overseas: Philippine National Bank, Asia United Bank, iRemit and Ventaja International

d. Auto-Debit Facility of Partner Bank

If your account is enrolled under the Auto-Debit Facility of our partner bank, please be reminded
that your first debit installment/amortization shall be on January 6, 2023. Please always maintain
sufficient balance on your Bank account from which succeeding monthly
installments/amortizations shall be debited on due date. In the event that your balance is not
sufficient to cover the installment/amortization due, you will have to pay your monthly
installment/ amortization to any of our collection partners stated above.

For your convenience, you may pay through any of our collection facilities stated above.

In case you opt to pay your monthly installment/amortization through an Accredited Employer with
CSA with Pag-IBIG Fund, we shall inform you through mail if the said CSA was terminated.

An Acknowledgement Receipt or Transaction Receipt will be given to you as proof of your payment.

3. INSURANCE

▪ On the last year of your payment period, your monthly installment/amortization shall be net of
insurance premiums.
▪ For Mortgage/Sales Redemption Insurance (MRI/SRI) claims and Non-Life Insurance claims, you
are required to submit the following documents within six (6) months from date of occurrence at the
Accounts Management and Billing Department/Loans Management Division-Loans Management
and Recovery (Large/Medium HBC)/Loans Management (Small HBC)/Frontline Servicing - Branch:

a. Application for Non-Life Insurance Claim or Application for MRI/SRI Claim


b. Documentary Requirements as stated in the application form.

4. REAL ESTATE PROPERTY TAX

▪ Pay your real property tax on or before April 30, 2023 and submit not later than June 30 of every
year the photocopy of your updated Real Estate Tax Receipt at any Pag-IBIG Fund office. The
payment of real property tax is an obligation imposed by Sections 246 to 250 of Republic Act No.
7160, known as the Local Government Code of 1991. Failure to pay on time will be a ground for
the Municipality/City of SANTA MARIA to impose an interest per month on the realty tax due, and
to sell your property to settle your tax delinquency.
▪ Should you fail to submit a photocopy of your Official Receipt upon demand, we shall be
constrained to foreclose the mortgage you executed in favor of Pag-IBIG Fund or to cancel your
Contract-to-Sell (CTS)/Deed of Conditional Sale (DCS), whichever is applicable.

5. CHANGE IN PERSONAL INFORMATION

▪ You have to maintain your contact details (email address and cellphone number) indicated in your
Housing Loan Application form as your primary reference until your obligation is fully paid. In case
there are changes in your personal information or billing address, please notify us immediately.
