RESPONSIBILITY MATRIX

The following Responsibility Matrix defines the major responsibilities of each Party (the Contractor and the
Subcontractor) in relation to the performance of the Subcontract and execution of the Subcontract Works.
Unless otherwise stated elsewhere in the Subcontract, any works and/or responsibility not incorporated in
the following Responsibility Matrix shall deemed to be the Subcontractor’s responsibility, and covered by the
Subcontract Price:

5 HSE, QA/QC, Protection
5.1 Compliance with Project HSE rules, regulations and
policy on the Site

5.2 Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for

5.3 Provision of safety officer(s) and QA/QC staff for the


Subcontract Works as per the requirements of the
QCS 2014

5.4 Provision of safety requirements, cones and warning
