Dear Graduands,

INVITATION TO ATTEND THE 27TH IIUM CONVOCATION CEREMONY Congratulations on your academic achievement at the International Islamic University Malaysia ! It gives us a great pleasure to invite you to attend the 27th IIUM Convocation Ceremony which will be held from 8th until 10th October 2011 at the Cultural Activity Centre, IIUM, Gombak. To ensure the smooth running of the ceremony, kindly click at www.iium.edu.my/convo/ for detailed information on the convocation ceremony and familiarise yourself with the instructions and procedures. If you are UNABLE to be present for the ceremony, kindly fill in the Attendance Reply Slip form which is downloadable at the abovementioned website and return it to us before 29th September 2011 (Thursday). We wish to remind you that you are required to fill in the Tracer Study questionnaire which is accessible via http://itdportal.iiu.edu.my/tracer for IIUM Alumni Tracer Study and http://graduat.mohe.gov.my/ for MOHE Tracer Study from 8th September 2011 until 7th October 2011 (Contact number : 03 - 6196 6305/6307 or email : tracerstudy@iium.edu.my). Both printed confirmation slips of the tracer studies must be presented at the registration counter when collecting your convocation robe from 1st 7th October 2011 (Saturday - Friday) at the Cultural Activity Centre. (Contact persons : Br. Mohd Zaki Che Wan at 03-6196 4016 / email: mzaki@iium.edu my and Sr. Nurul Huda Hamdi at 03-6196 4012 / email: nurulhuda@iium.edu.my). You must also collect the following items when you collect your robe : a) the invitation card for parents/guests; b) seat number; and c) Convocation Multimedia Card. The Convocation Multimedia Card shall be handed over to the person-in-charge on the convocation day. Your name will not be announced if you fail to produce the card. 2/-
