Greetings Sheriff Chapman,

I hope this letter finds you well.

I have been contacted by several members of the Loudoun community who have expressed fear and
concern about being harassed and intimidated by certain persons/groups in violation of Virginia
Code § 18.2-186.4 and §8.01-42.1. Below please find a screenshot of the group who, it appears, is
responsible for the actions, “Accuracy in Media”. The concern is that this group has announced that
the mobile billboards will be dispatched to the homes of Loudoun County residents. As the notice
below states, this is intended to intimidate.

Please assign a member of your team to investigate this matter so as to prevent any unlawfulness
and to protect our community.
