32 Parkfield road I'm excited about the opportunity to work in retail because I love
B83AU interacting with people and helping them find what they need. I have

know will be important in a retail setting. I'm comfortable with basic

Key Skills Communication

Customer service I once had a customer who was looking for a specific product that
Strong communication we didn't have in stock. Instead of simply telling the customer that
Attention to detail we were out of stock, I took the time to listen to their needs and
Time management preferences, and suggested some alternative products that I
Working well in a team thought would meet their needs. I also offered to check with other
stores to see if they had the product in stock. The customer was
impressed with my willingness to help and my knowledge of the
products, and left the store happy with the alternative product I had
recommended. My manager later told me that the customer had
called to provide positive feedback about my excellent customer
service.
