We ask that you read the following instructions carefully and follow expectations for your safety and ours as
well as for efficiency.
1. You must have a large visible sign on your windshield with your student’s TEACHER NAME,
STUDENT’S LEGAL FULL NAME, & GRADE LEVEL.
Example: Mrs.Kepner

ETHAN FULP

4th

Please do not include multiple students on one sheet unless they are in the same grade level.
We are not able to provide you with materials of siblings in different grade level until the
appropriate grade level time. We understand that many of you will drive through twice or even
three times. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are doing our very best with the time
we have. Our priority is to get our students what they need for Monday.
2. Display your sign on your windshield the entire time until you receive your materials.
3. Do not get out of your car for any reason. Keep windows closed at all times. Our staff will
place the materials in the trunk of your car (pop the trunk), side door of your van, or back of
your pick-up truck.
4. For those of you receiving a computer, a staff member will ask you to pull up to a designated
area so you may sign forms and receive the computer.
5. Do not arrive before or after your time slot.
6. Cars only. Please do not bike or walk to school. We do not have enough staff members to
assist bikers or walkers. Also, the plastic bags are heavy and will break on your way home.
7. We will not be able to answer any questions in the car line. Please email your teacher or call
the front office with any questions.
If you are not able to drive through during those times, please check with a family member or neighbor for
assistance. They may be able to pick up materials for you. If no one is able to pick up materials for you,
we ask that you stand by for Plan B. This will unfold early next week and we will communicate with you.
Thank you for your patience and support.
