DIRECTOR (TECHNICAL) : Applicants must be graduate in engineering with minimum 15 years experience in senior management / academic position with sufficient experience in academic, editorial as well as techno-administrative areas with flair in writing technical articles. However, Post Graduate in Engineering and or Ph.D shall be preferred. The incumbent shall be responsible for publication of journals, technical activities of the Institution and administration of Technical Department with a group of technical personnel at Headquarters at Kolkata. 2. DIRECTOR (ADMINISTRATION) : Applicants must be MBA (or equivalent) from a reputed recognized Institute /University with LLB. Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in senior management position in the field of Human Resource Management matters, particularly Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Training, Union and Disciplinary matter etc. with sufficient exposure to legal matters is required. He / she based at IEI HQ at Kolkata, shall be responsible for HR matters, Personnel Management, Administrative and Legal matters at the Headquarters and Centres of the Institution. 3. ENGINEERS : The applicants must be engineering graduate with minimum 3 years experience in academic or industrial field with computer knowledge. Higher academic achievements /technical authorship will be an added advantage. Posting will be initially as Executive at Delhi. However, he / she may be transferred anywhere in India. For post 1 & 2:Pay Band: Rs.37400-67000/- GP: Rs.8700/and TE Rs.88,270/- (approx.) Age Limit : 50 yrs. For post 3:Pay Band: Rs.15600-39100/- GP: Rs.5400/- and TE Rs.41,390/- (approx.) Age Limit : 35 yrs. General: i)Age Limit & Post qualification experience to be reckoned as on 01 August, 2011; Age relaxable by 3 yrs. for deserving candidates as per rule. ii) Incumbents are transferable to any place in India. iii) TE includes DA, HRA & Transport Allowance.
