Self-care – By exercising, improving lifestyle of oneself and having a balanced diet, can achieve a well
and stable mental health. If one can achieve his/her dream body and wellbeing, he/she maybe at ease and
have a stable mental health.

Social Support – If one can have a good social support system such as a circle of friends, trusted people
and family, one can tell their problems to them in hopes of carrying the burden with them, help one come
up with a solution, and receive new perspective from them. This can really improve or stabilize one’s
mental health.

Understand emotion – Emotions are important, and understanding it is crucial to improve one’s mental
health. It is a great ally when dealing with other people. If one can understand one’s emotions in the
moment, maybe one can use it as an advantage and one can handle whatever negative emotion he might
receive.
Taking therapies – To understand the root of one’s illness, one can go to therapies and talk to primary
care physicians. These physicians can then advise one to do these things to make one start a more
healthful thought pattern.

Meditate – Meditating helps us understand ourselves, it is also a stress relieving activity.

Bond with family – Bonding with family can create strong connections and build trust among family
members. A strong connection with the family can make one be at ease and tell whatever is on their mind.

Explore/Go to new places – Exploring to new places relieves stress. Sometimes, while doing so, one can
forget one’s problems even if its just a minute amount of time. It can improve one’s mental state.
