Mill Proper
Cleaning of mill 2 blower unit and flooring. Also cleaned for mill 1a and mill 1b floorings at blower
room. (6hrs) Mech.
Replacement of rollers for Mill 2 BSF. (8hrs) Mech.

Flour Silo, Flour Packing and warehousing

Troubleshooting of Carousel #2 sewing machine. Checking of possible mechanical and electrical
trouble and adjust the sensitivity mechanism of sewing machine. Also assist replace defective
inductive sensor of sewing machine. (2hrs) Mech. Elect.
Replacement of beaters and screw flight for mill 2 agitator. (4hrs) Mech.
Assist calibration of intake weigher/ transfer weigher and batch weigher 3a. (4hrs) Mech.
Replacement of hose for bin#7 due to air leak. (2hrs) Mech.

Machining / Fabrication Shop

Build-up and welding of bussing for elevator motor. (4hrs) Mech.
Machining of pulley for dredging blower. (4hrs) Mech.
Continue fluting of b3 nbt roller. (8hrs) Mech.
Machining/Repair of flanged and replacement of defective oil seal for city service floor polisher.
(4hrs) Mech.

Activities in other area

Pull out outer race bearing of hoist gear box. (1hr) Mech.
Pullout three window type aircon at flour milling office ground floor and miller’s office. (4hrs)
Mech.
A/C checkup at retention noisy fan motor and general cleaning of one window type aircon,
replacement of fan motor. Operational. (4hrs) Mech.
