EMD:

Screens room and Pollard packing

Done installation of 4 units of double led tube lights at pollard area (8hrs)

Mill Proper
Replacement of 3018-MXZ01Q1 magnetic contactor and circuit breaker electrical wiring due to
wire and insulation discoloration and possible loose wiring, performed continuity test. Test and
observed (4hrs)
Mill 1B shutdown due to mechanical works at airlock alignment and pulley, provide assistance and
restart Mill1B (4hrs)

Flour Silo, Flour Packing and warehousing

Replacement of 4 units of defective High Bay Light LED at loading area (4hrs)
On-going dismantling and cable pulling of old/unused electrical wiring at flour silo area (4hrs)
Assist city service personnel for checking of electric hoist at flour silo (2hrs)

Machining / Fabrication Shop

Assists mechanical for dismantling of Grain silo electric hoist (4hrs)

Activities in other area

4 electrical PED personnel attended emergency preparedness seminar (4hrs)
Adjustment of 2 units of solar LED lightings to an angle of 60 degrees for better illumination
in the perimeter area (4hrs)
Assist IT at Hapi room for transfer of miller’s office telephone and internet cable (2hrs)
