DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED is made and entered by and between: JOSE ROY OLANO, of legal age, Filipino, married to
Jane Olano, with residence and postal address at Brgy. Maninang, Sapian Capiz, Philippines, hereinafter
reffere to as the VENDOR,

-and-

DOLORES B. DE OCAMPO / EDWARD KRIS B. DE OCAMPO, of legal age, Filipino,

widow/single; respectively with residence and postal address at Brgy. Maninang, Sapian Capiz,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the Vendor is the registered owner of that certain parcel of land, situated at Brgy.
Maninang, Sapian Capiz which is more particularly described and bounded as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-34723

“A parcel of land, known as Lot No. 1661, Cad-527-D, Sapian Cadastre, situated in the
Barangay of Maninang, Municipality of Sapian, Province of Capiz, Island of Panay. Bounded on
the Sw., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 1662; on the W., along lines 3-4-5-6-7 by Intigbacan River; on the
N., & NE., along line 7-8 by Lot 1718; and along line 8-9 by Lot 1658, all of Cad-527-D, Sapian
Cadastre; and on the E., along lines 9-10-1 by National Road; Containing an area of FIFTY ONE
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT (51,898) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”

That for and in consideration of the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND (50,000) PESOS, Philippine Currency,
in hand paid and delivered by the herein VENDEE, receipt of which amount is hereby confessed and
acknowledged to the full and entire satisfaction of the herein VENDOR, do by these presents, hereby
SELL, CEDE, CONVEY and TRANSFER, in a manner absolute and irrevocable, a portion of the
above-described property, containing an area of THREE HUNDRED (300) SQUARE METERS, more
or less unto and in favour of the above-named Vendee, DOLORES B. DE OCAMPO / EDWARD
KRIS B. DE OCAMPO, her heirs, assigns and successors, free from all liens and encumbrances.
