Hi Sir, This is with regards to the imported Dixell controller XM463K delivered last june, upon checking together

with UMC technician, and a er comparing it

with the exis ng unit, we’ve no ced that a RTC board is missing or was not included with the delivered items.

Kindly see a ached pictures for your reference.

Lastly can we also request a NTC sensor – 5pcs (BLACK PROBE 3mtrs / YELLOW CORD) for Door freezer unit temp. sensor.
