First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to our dearest subject teacher
in Entrepreneurship, Ms. Carmela Marie Reyes, who gave us guidance to understand every detail
and step in accomplishing this business plan that's why we made it possible for us to finish this
task properly.

Secondly, we would also like to thank our parents for their guidance in giving us some
suggestions for planning some strategies that we can apply in our business plan and for their
unending moral and financial support for us.

Finally, we would like to thank our almighty God for guiding and strengthening us through
all of the difficulties and obstacles we encountered, as well as for providing us with the ability and
knowledge we required to carry out this business plan.
Executive Summary

Introduction

Jovan Masing has been working in the fruit beverage industry for a number of years. In

2022, he opened his first store on Buendia Avenue under the name Smootheing Ina N'yo. His

smoothies gained popularity due to their distinctiveness, delicacy, and variety of add-ins. Years of

selling his distinctive smoothies successfully led to the growth of his company. By offering them

a tasty fruit and 100% smoothie drink, he assists people in achieving their fitness goals and leading

healthy lives. In addition, we are happy with the smoothie business we started and eagerly

anticipate its future expansion. We believe that the business lesson we learned will help us as we

move forward. The smoothies business sector offers a lot of opportunities but also some unusual

challenges, and we believe that our company will continue to use the knowledge we have amassed

to increase our level of profit and customer satisfaction.

Nevertheless, the desires for freshness, health consciousness and diversity in consumer

taste have recently led to the emergence of "fruit smoothie. This is a kind of fruit puree relatively

thick in consistency; obtained from blending the same or different kind of fruits together with pulp

with or without other adjuncts and normally consumed fresh or preserved under refrigerator within

a short time.
The Company
Smoothieng Ina N'yo is a registered business in Taft (Buendia), Pasay City. Our company

is in its early stages. It is owned by Jovan Masing, who began experimenting with smoothies in

2022 and has at least 3 years of entrepreneurial experience with his family. Jovan is the sole owner

of the company and is in charge of its day-to-day operations. We aim to continue a smoothie

business that will offer nutritious smoothies made from high-quality ingredients. Because of our

convenient location near Arellano University-JAS Campus, students and teachers are our primary

customers. To properly manage our customer service and day-to-day operations, the company

plans to hire three full-time and two part-time baristas who are dedicated to their career.

PRICE

PRICE STRATEGIES
1. PRICING FOR MARKET PENETRATION - We already know that there
are a lot of fruit and healthy smoothie businesses in the market up to this day, but
some of those fruit and healthy businesses are quite expensive than Smoothieng Ina
N’yo products. We also want to introduce our product to the market with simple but
very presentable products to gain a lot of customers. Unlike the other fruit and
healthy smoothie businesses, our products will be marketed at a low price.
2. ECONOMY PRICING - Smoothieng Ina N’yo products will be fair in terms of
pricing while using the base price that we calculated with our raw materials. Even
though all the raw materials that we will use on our products are quite expensive, we
will assure to all of our customers that they can afford our products at a lower price
than the other fruit and healthy smoothie businesses on the market.
3. PSYCHOLOGY PRICING - Our fruit and healthy smoothie business use this
kind of pricing despite the expensiveness of the raw materials that we used to produce
our products; we want our consumers to think that they can still save their money
even they’re availing a delicious fruit and healthy smoothie.

can be touched and felt, their tangibility provides our customers with a physical presence
rather than the online availability of digital advertising.
4. ONLINE ADVERTISEMENT
- With the help of online advertising, we can continuously monitor our potential customers'
impressions of our product, allowing us to improve it and make more informed marketing
decisions.

5. PRODUCT ITSELF
- Because of our packaging, the way we present it to them, and the taste of our smoothie,
which is sure to be flavorful, our product can promote and attract people's attention.
PLACE
- The Smootheing Ina N’yo is located at 2022 Taft Ave, Corner Buendia Ave, Pasay, Metro
Manila. Our plan is a place built dedicated with the goodness of our mind, the well-being
of our customers and for them to be comfortable. It is a food cart or stall much like any
other which allows guests to have a deep view of how our smoothies are blended or created.
The place is iron steel and equipped with smoothie blender tools, but it is designed to look
like a traditional food cart or stall with a kind of wooden design.
PACKAGING
- For the regular orders, we will use a packaging made up of plastic which is a clear rounded
plastic cup with a lid. For straw, we will then use a paper straw.
Even though our main packaging is not made up of eco-friendly material, we will make
our straws made up of one.
Printed sticker logo on a paper will be used in displaying our logo in the cup. Our logo is
a pastel colored simply to be eye-catching and it has our motto, we also have the statement
‘organic’ because here, we will use real fresh fruits.
