But, instances are brought to the notice of the Government that the persons engaged on contract / outsourcing / honorarium basis are not getting their salaries in time, among other reasons for want to continuation orders. 2. Government, after careful examination, have decided and hereby order that the services of those persons permitted to work on contract / outsourcing / honorarium basis upto 31.03.2023 with Government orders and awaiting for continuation orders for the financial year 2023-24, be extended up-to 30.05.2023, subject to fulfillment of conditions specified in the reference 1* cited. 3. All departments of Secretariat are requested to ensure that; a) proposal for continuation of services of all contract / outsourcing / honorarium basis persons working in various Head of Department/ Institutions/ Corporations/ Societies under their administrative control, for the financial year 2023-2024, are to be circulated to Finance Department immediately b) while circulating the proposals, justification for further continuation may be furnished, duly re-verifying the need and requirement c) further continuation orders shall be issued on or before 30.5.2023d) in respect of contract/ honorarium services, immediate action may be taken up for payment of remuneration through IFMIS-DBT mode only. 4, The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Director of Works Accounts, Director of State Audit, Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad and all Drawing and Disbursing Officers, Financial Officers & Examiner of Accounts are here by instructed to admit the bills in respect of engaging of services on contract / outsourcing / honorarium basis till 30.05.2023 without insisting for further continuation orders from Government, subject to fulfillment of conditions mentioned at para 2 above.
