    FIELD SAFETY OBSERVATION :
    Contractor SINOPEC, MIP Package-17 (BI-10-09004-003), during site Visit it was observed By NAPL operation, near Armco
    pipeline KFTNGT-1 KM-97 that the excavation without barricades and warning signs. It is unsafe condition & dangerous specially
    during night time.

    CORRECTIVE ACTION REPORT

    The Contractor properly installed that hard barricade with blinking lights and warning signs around the excavation.
