 Story concept

1. Synopsis
This video is showing us about 3 students get interviewed by two other people
about their experiences studying at President University, their favorite place in
campus, and etc

2. Purpose
We created this video with the intention of introducing President University's
accounting major to people who are interested in it, and we hope that it will pique
their interest in enrolling with us as students at President University.

3. Script
For script, we only use it for interview questions with some improvements by the cast.

“1. How did you feel when you first arrived in Indonesia? (for Jiao Yo Wen)
2. How do you adapt in a new environment (President University)?
(like maybe u feel shy at first, but because of group project you become close with
another classmate and you become more confident and start to talk with others) (for
Jiao Yo Wen)
3. why you choose president university?
(the reason to choose president university, maybe like because of using english,
international standards, well educated lecturer, and many foreign friends)
4. among many majors, why you choose accounting? (maybe because of the big
working space or other reason)
5. what are the ups and downs while studying at Accounting President University?
(maybe story when you feel happy or sad story when studying in accounting president
university)
6. why you choose accounting major in president university instead of accounting
major in other university? (maybe because there are so many event like welcoming
day, acc camp, puad action, student activities such as winning many cheers
competition, many seminar, and also berisik event)
7. the advantages of President University Accounting Study Program that you know?
(maybe you can say there are some alumni that become employee at big4 company,
graduated only in 3,5 years, and we can get internship in a good company)
8. what is your goal after you graduated from president university? (answer your own
goal)”.
 Production concept

A. Production process
1. Pre-production
Pre-production stage is the planning process and execution of every
task must that musk take place before video production begins
a. Job distribution
This is the initial process in making a video starting with the
distribution of job descriptions for each member
b. Groove formation
After dividing the job descriptions for each member, we determine the
concepts and ideas that we will make later, and each member will provide
their ideas after that which one will be chosen is better
c. Location determination
We agreed that the location we will use later is around the president
university campus and President University Library
d. Schedule setting
We will start to make the script on 19th of December and start shooting
on 20th of December 2022 (one day shoot). So after we finished shoot all the
scene, the editor can continue to edit the video, we give the editor much time
because they have to prepare themselves for other final exams and Christmas
preparation
2. Production
Production stage is the shooting process where the filming options
were decided on during the pre-production meetings are implemented after the
next pre-production is the shooting videos for each member and filming
according to schedule.
the process of taking the video went smooth. We did the shooting
process on schedule, the camera we used was the iPhone mobile camera
belonging to one of our members,namely Jiao Yo Wen and helped by Martin
Yabes iPhone mobile camera for the other angle.
these are several camera shot types that we use including :

- full shot
- medium long shot
- long angle
- over the shoulder shot
- establishing shot
- zoom shot
 3. Post production

a. Editing process
in the post production process, only one member edited this video and using
Adobe Premier 2020 applications because we took the videos separately so
when editing we had to combine all the videos into one, we also added the
necessary text to complete our video and we added several effects and music
instruments that support our videos so that the visual appear more alive

this report is created to explain the details and the process from when we do
the video post production
