Dear Diary,

I am very happy today! I got a chance to perform on the stage on Annual Day of my school. I
wanted to be Hanuman in the play but the teacher had refused to give the role. Suddenly, I was
being asked to perform because Alka, who was supposed to play the role, felt sick.

Although I messed up everything, my parents praised me a lot for the confidence I had shown.
The audience rolled with laughter. Inspite of some mistakes, the play was very interesting. Now I
am confident that from the next time I will perform well.
