MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

We, the Grade 5 Homeroom PTA members understand and agreed to have a voluntary
contribution of Php. 70.00 for the Multifunctional Broom Box and Shelf as a Homeroom Project
for the School Year 2022-2023 held last September 13, 2022 at exactly 9:00 in the morning.

These are the following expenses:

10 pcs. 1x2x8 Wood - Php 400.00
½ kg. #1 Nails - Php. 75.00
½ kg. #2 Nails - Php 75.00
Delivery Fee - Php 150.00
Snack for the Carpenter - Php. 10.00
