Dear Bp Bintang,
J. Compensation:
Basic salary Rp 7.500.000,- (seven million five hundred thousand rupiah) gross per month.
4. Benefits:
a. Annual Leave: 12 (twelve) working days for 1 (one) Year Period.
b. Medical coverage as per company policy.
c. Other standard company benefits as per company policy.
d. Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) equivalent to one month basic salary will be paid prorated for
those who work between 1 month and less than 12 months period.
e. Your salary will be deducted with employee's contributions to BPJS/Jamsostek JHT
2%, BPJS Health Care 1%, and BPJS Pension Scheme l%.
Note:
- The salary max limitfor Pension Scheme as per government policy.
- The salary max limit for Health Care Scheme as per govemment policy.
5. At the discretion of the management, you agree to be transferred to another affiliated company
of the group as and when business needs require.
6. You will abide by the company's standard policies and regulations. Outside affiliations require
consultation and approval of the Chief Human Resources & Administration O{Iicer and
Chairman of the Board. You are not allowed to engage in a fulI or part-time outside
employm.ent without prior written approval of the Chief Human Resources & Adm'inistration
Officer and Chairman of the Board.

9. Terrmination:
a. I (one) months before your contract ends, we will noti!, you whether your contract will be
extended or terminated.
b. If you me resigning, you must give a one months' notice prior to your resignation date.
