Stitch Explanation:
• K = Knit, P = Purl, TW = Turn Work, Sl1 = Slip 1 stitch,
YO= Yarn Over
• Kfb = (Knit into the front & back of the stitch…

• M1 = (Make one: Pick up the bar between the stitches
through the back loop…

A “lifted” increase could be substituted for the M1.

Pull up on the Stabilizing Cord ends around the neck a
little until it measures 5 ½” (using a piece of yarn to measure),
and secure ends.

Embroidering the nose…


The nose will cover 4 sts
across and be approx. ½”
from the eyes.

If desired, embroider a mouth.

BEAR EARS: (Make 2)


Leaving long tail, cast on 22 sts,
and join in-the-round.
