    Comment:
    Viral RNA Extraction performed using a standard High Pure RNA/DNA Extraction kit. One-
    step TaqMan Real-time PCR kit using specfic primers and probes for detection of N and
    RdRp genes of SARS-CoV-2 and RNaseP as internal control.

    * Undetectable result could be due to incorrect sampling and or the lower number of
    pathogens than the diagnostic limit of the kit.

    * Threshold cycle (Ct) is the indicator for semi-quantitative measurement of virus. The
    HigherCt is seen in prescence of smaller initial amount of DNA/RNA viral load.
