Study tour should support tourist resort promotion

Study tour is an activity carried out by a group of students or students outside of school by going
somewhere with the aim of gaining knowledge and experience. Study tours usually visit places related to
the topic of study or places that can add to our knowledge. for example, zoos, museums and
universities.

In my opinion, this study tour is important because students can have experience meeting resource
persons directly, and can even make direct observations of the surrounding environment, for example,
by looking at physical evidence of learning directly. The study tour has the aim of adding insight into
local culture and customs, recognizing learning objects outside the school environment and providing
motivation to learn to students. Study tours also have many benefits, namely eliminating fatigue and
boredom because of learning, increasing familiarity between students and gaining experience by visiting
new places.

Continuous learning in the classroom will make students feel bored, unenthusiastic and unable to think
critically. Therefore, the study tour needs to be made an annual school program that cannot be missed.
because study tours are very enjoyable and provide unforgettable experiences that cannot be found in
the classroom or in the school environment.
