Javier: To commence, let us begin our program with the singing of our

Alexis: To formally welcome us in today’s event, let us welcome Mr. Kent Ryan Mascariñas, the
Co-Event Chair of this event to give his opening remarks.

“OPENING REMARKS”

Javier: Thank you, Mr. Mascariñas for that warm opening remarks.

Alexis: To proceed, let us welcome the Secretary of Education Student Council, Mr. Edcelle
John Mamon to introduce our first speaker.

“First SPEAKER”

Javier: Thank you, Ma'am Pueyo, for that insightful discussion and for teaching us on what to
prepare in challenged areas. That's a wrap for our first talk this morning, now we're going to
proceed with our second speaker which will be introduced by our our ESC Chairperson, Ms. Mi
Herzelle Siason.

Alexis: Thank you, Dr. Cortez for that meaningful and very interesting talk. At this juncture, our
floor is now open for an open forum session, together with Ma'am Pueyo and Dr. Cortez. Our
speakers have joined us this afternoon to answer your questions. If you have a question, kindly
raise your hand, in order for you to be acknowledged.

Javier: And there you have it! Ma'am Pueyo and Dr. Cortez, we appreciate your willingness to
answer those questions, and to show our gratitude, we would like to present you with this
