Annexure A: Long Term Development Programs
Maternity Program
Creating and bringing a life into this world is an incredible experience, and like all other significant
journeys in life, it has its share of ups and downs. Adjusting to the changes borne out of maternity can
sometimes be quite daunting, especially for a working professional. The Maternity Program aims to
support women by taking care of their emotional wellbeing and state of mind through their first few
months of maternity to help them make the various transitions coming up a little smoother.
Leadership Program
The program is designed for leaders to identify the aspects of leadership that they want to work upon.
Leadership requires the identification of personal strengths and moulding in a way to help uplift oneself
and team members while negotiating individual challenges.
Work-Life Integration
Work-life integration is a tedious task since employees usually prioritise or think of work during
non-working hours. This webinar aims to help them with tips and techniques to manage the same and
learn to draw them a much-needed line.
Barefoot Counseling
This program aims to sensitise employees to psychological behaviours and equip them with the basic
skills to identify and provide psychological support to those in distress at the primary level.
Manager Training: ‘Leading with integrity is the core of effective management which further requires a
manager to possess certain skills that are important for them to communicate effectively with their team.
Managers can learn and develop the same to help foster a culture where upbeat and motivated team
members contribute towards a happier and more productive work environment.
HR Training: Building a work environment where employees are ready to rise above the mental health
stigma and willing to disclose their concerns, preferences, and issues can be a challenge for HRs,
especially in the remote work culture. The sessions help build foundations of the required trust and
openness in an organisation.
First Responders’ Training: In challenging times such as the COVID-19 pandemic, employees require help
and support more than ever. While everyone is going through difficult times, it is very crucial for
managers, team leads, and leaders to support their team members. They must also commit towards
themselves and their family while being surrounded by constant uncertainty. We understand that this is
not easy, and the impact of the uncertainty only adds more to the challenge. It is also difficult for
managers to find the right words to support other people who may have been affected by the
coronavirus.
Our training sensitises the participants on how to support someone in difficult times and how to find a
balance between supporting others and taking care of ourselves.
Appreciation: The campaign is curated to spread an atmosphere of camaraderie amongst the employees.
It is a four-day program where we share with you an email, video, or image daily and request you to share
them with your employees. It is also done on the floor where employees can thank each other by
exchanging appreciation cards.
Super Women Campaign: This campaign is conducted around International Women's Day to appreciate
and motivate women employees. The campaign encourages employees to show gratitude and express
their affection towards women, as often women are undervalued and underappreciated.
Measure Your Emotions: Understanding ourselves is tough, but understanding our emotions can
sometimes be tougher than we ever thought. We, as humans, are a huge pool of emotions. These
emotions are different and emerge at different times based on numerous situations that we come across
in life. There are plenty of emotions that co-exist. Some overflow while others remain suppressed, and
some of us even struggle to measure and then manage these emotions. Keeping this in mind, we have
designed a program to provide a personalised understanding of our emotions. This program helps
individuals understand the emotions they feel. It further helps them identify how they manage their
feelings, and suggests guidance if required.
Promise Campaign: Research says that when you are mentally and emotionally healthy, you love yourself
more, achieve more, treat others well, value relationships, feel confident, and make better decisions. Our
Promise campaign is designed with the central theme to Make a Promise For Mental Health. It
encourages individuals to make promises for their' and others' mental health.
Psychological First Aid: In this module, we learn how to respond and provide support to individuals
during a crisis, key resilience factors, how to help responsibly, and listen better. The various intervention
strategies and healthy coping skills outlined equip a person to help someone in need, whether s/he is in
their close circle or a mere acquaintance.
POSH: This is an e-learning module on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at the workplace. In this
module, we take you through a set of scenarios that educates you on what is Sexual Harassment and
what may be perceived as it. It further helps you understand the do’s and don’ts if you fall victim, are an
observer of the incident or are the respondent to the complaint.
