    Subject: Request for change in designation

    Dear sir,

    I have been working in this Construction farm for 2.5 years. During this tenure I have
    not been promoted to any higher position yet.

    While I understand and appreciate the policy of the Farm in the matter of
    promotions of the employees, hereby I would like to bring your kind attention to the
    following below mentioned things.
    • I have achieved all the assigned tasks to me.
    • I have been punctual and sincere at work maintaining cordial behavior with all
    • I have followed orders of my seniors’ officers to the letter and spirits.
    • I have contributed significantly in the achievement of the key project
    • I have worked with my colleagues in team spirit in achieving our goals

    During meeting with GM Finance on 16/10/2022 it was decided to enhance my


    duties at Lot-3 and I have been assigned with additional duties and
    responsibilities.

    Therefor in consideration of the above facts and good record of


    accomplishment. I kindly request you to upgrade my designation to a suitable
    position like (CM Structure, Site Incharge ) I will be extremely thankful to you
    for this act of kindness.
