RCBO is located in undersiung cubicle (HV box), therefore, it is not possible to reset it after Spurious tripping during enroute running of the train. It is also observed that reset is only possible, when the train stops at next upcoming stoppage with condition that underslung cubicle (HV box) is on other side of the platform ‘The proposal of NE railway has been examined and found to be justified to shift RCBO location in set of panels from undersiung cubicle (HV box) to onboard Cubical (LV box). Based on the above, this modification has been prepared to eliminate the enroute problem of maintenance issue of RCBO Location of RCBO: At present RCBO is located in underslung HV cubicle. t Undersiung cubicle (HV.
