Affidavit of Succession
I, Mr. Bikash Mondal son of Late Sudhir Chandra Mondal and Late
Sailabala Mondal by faith Hindu, by occupation Business, 15, Kalua,
Mondal Para, Police Station – Haridevpur, Kolkata – 700104, District –
South 24 Parganas, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:-
 ::2::
1. That my father Late Sudhir Chandra Mondal died intestate on 25-07-
1997, my mother Late Sailabala Mondal died intestate on 14-03-
2008, my eldest brother Late Bankim Mondal died intestate 02-11-
2005 and wife of Late Bankim Mondal said Minu Mondal also died
intestate on 04-08-2006, my elder brother Late Binod mondal died
intestate on 27-01-1994, my younger sister Late Meena Ghoshal died
intestate on 07-10-2003 and her husband Late Tapas Ghoshal also
dies intestate on 17-04-1994 leaving behind their respective lineage
as his legal heirs and successors to inherit the said property left by
them as per Hindu succession Act 1956.

2. The particulars whereof given below are the only owners of the said
property as per Hindu succession Act.

3. That same and except the aforesaid persons there are no other legal
heirs and successors in respect of the said property.

4. That for the purpose recording / mutating the names of aforesaid

legal heirs of said Late Sudhir Chandra Mondal, Late Sailabala
Mondal, Late Bankim Mondal, Minu Mondal, Late Binod mondal,
Late Meena Ghoshal and Late Tapas Ghoshal before Kolkata
Municipal Corporation; we are the legal heirs swearing this affidavit.
5. The above statement may be relied upon by the KMC authority but in
the event of any suppression of material facts and if some
complicacies arise in future, KMC authorities shall have the liberty to
cancel the mutation granted without any notice to anyone.
The above statements are true to the best of our knowledge and belief.
