AFFIDAVIT

I Smt. Madhabi Poddar wife of late Anil Kumar Poddar by faith

Hindu, by occupation Housewife, 142, Diamond Harbour Road,
Police Station – Parnasree, Kolkata – 700060, District – South 24
Parganas, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:-

1. That my Mother In Law Late Renu Bala Poddar w/o Late Basanta
Kumar Poddar was the owner piece & parcel of Premise No 142,
Diamond Harbour Road, Police Station – Parnasree, Kolkata –
700060, District – South 24 Parganas, Assessee No of said
premises is 411320501378 within the limit of Kolkata Municipal
Corporation.

2. That said Late Renu Bala Poddar w/o Late Basanta Kumar
Poddar died intestate on 29-7-1981 leaving behind his three
sons as his only legal heirs and successors inherited the said
property left by them as per Hindu succession Act.

3. The particulars whereof given below are the owners of the said
property.

c) Gopal Chandra Poddar Son

4. That same and except the aforesaid persons there are no other
legal heirs and successors in respect of the said property.

5. That for the purpose recording / mutating the names of

aforesaid legal heirs of said late Renu Bala Poddar before
Kolkata Municipal Corporation; we are the legal heirs swearing
this affidavit.

6. The above statements are true to the best of our knowledge and
belief.
