Identity Stores
The available Identity Stores can be seen in the “Identity Center console”.

The default Identity Store is called “Enterprise People”. This can be changed and as you can see
above there are 2 additional stores called “GSK_POC” and “SAP_Master”.

If you want your user management to be assigned to one of the other stores, a change has to be
made to the JMX cofiguration.

Default Identity Store ID

The Store ID is visible in the General tab of the Identity Store.

The “Enterprise People” store will always be 1.

Get Identity Store ID

Select the Identity Store that you want to be used by default and note the ID.

JMX Configuration
Start the J2EE Visual Administrator and login as an administrator and select Server -> Services ->
Configuration Adapter.

In the Display configuration tab, select apps -> sap.com -> tc~idm~jmx~app -> appcfg and select the
Propertysheet application.lobal.properties.

Select to switch to edit mode.

Yes

Then to edit the Propertysheet application.lobal.properties.

Select the com.sap.idm.jmx.idstoreid parameter.

Now enter the store id that was mentioned earlier in the Custom field.

And “Apply custom” to save.
