JOB ORDER

(3nos) Kitchen Stewarding

Indian (Male)

JOB RESPONSIBILTY

• Reporting to the Stewarding Supervisor, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Perform general/routine cleaning tasks using standard resort cleaning products as assigned toadhere to health
standards reports any technical or maintenance issues
• Manage a clean and organized work station
• Wash all operating equipment and polish them if required
• Checks the glass racks and puts the glasses in the proper racks
• Mops floors before and after meal period
• Manage waste disposal and make sure the garbage area is clean and tidy at all times.
• Assist the chefs upon request

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Experience: Minimum 3 years as kitchen Steward, work experience of at least in high end luxury hotel/
resort. Education: Diploma in any field, minimum 10th Pass.
Technical Skills: Training in Fire and safety, HACCP, First Aid, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and
cleaning procedures of various materials. Flexible and capable to work in fast paced work environment

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Experience: Minimum 5 years in marine engineering as a mechanic, work experience of at least one
year in Maldives is an added advantage
Education: Completed Diploma in mechanical, marine and electrical Engineering with electronics,
kinematics, thermodynamics and energy, or any other combination of education, training, or experience
that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.

JOB RESPONSIBILTY

• Create diverse and high-quality sushi menus and deliver out of menu guest’s requests

JOB RESPONSIBILTY
· Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food and
Beverage Department to meet the daily service needs of the operation.
· Clearly describe, assign and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the
various Food & Beverage sub-departments, e.g., restaurants, bars, room service, banquets,
stewarding, etc.
· Participate with the Food & Beverage Outlet Managers in the creation of attractive
collateral materials to promote and merchandise all Food & Beverage outlets to attract a
predetermined guest market.
· Directly responsible in the implementation, controlling and monitoring of Food Safety
Management System/HACCP Policy, including but not limited to maintaining records; ensuring that the
requirements from visiting Enforcement Officers are acted upon in consultation with the General
Manager.

Experience: 10 plus years in the management of F&B operations. Minimum 2 years worked as F&B
Manager in a luxury premium hotel or resort.
Education: Graduate/ Diploma in Hotel management
Technical: Has to have a flair for sales, and up to date with the latest trends in F&B in premium luxury sector,
Excellent communicator in English and a foreign language preferable.

JOB RESPONSIBILTY
Reporting to HR Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Treatallguestsand staffwithcareand ina timelymanner, treating injuries, concerns orother as
appropriate. Refer more serious injuries or concerns to Tertiary health care. From basic consultation
of guests and staff to disaster management.
• Maintaining detailed reports of enquiries and treatment on a daily basis, providing reports for Executive
office
• Participate with ideas and improvements for the clinic, resort, guest and staff.
• Maintaining accurate medicines and stock, managing reorder of required medicine in a timely manner.
• Active participation in implementing HACCP standards.
• Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying
schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Experience: 3-5 years working as general practitioner, minimum 1 year experience working in any island
resort setting.
Education: MBBS
