Final Narrative

 INTRODUCTION

My name is Jorge Iván Montoya Pérez, I live in the Boston neighborhood, I like the
neighborhood, because it is very calm and central to the city. I word with the elderly and in the
church as a priest. I study theology.
In the house that I live, I live with my mother and two cats (Christopher and Nieves) who I
love very much. I love living whit my mother since she gives me security.
As a person, I am responsible with my daily duties, both work and academic, I like to be
punctual, with a good personal presentation, I am too empathetic with people, one of the biggest
weaknesses is having to get up early.

JOBS AND PROFESSIONS

I like working as administrative director at the Gerontogeriatric center since it implies

discipline and a commitment to the company. Within this job is to ensure that the activities are
carried out effectively so that the company's operations are carried out correctly. I like it because
within the work you must plan, establish objectives for the administrative areas and health.
Something that is a challenge in this job is the coordination of the workers.

Working in this company I also have the possibility of exercising my ministry as a chaplain,
where I carry out the administration of the Sacraments of the Church, (Eucharist, confession and
anointing of the sick) taking into account that they are older adults.

As I am a priest of the church, I also have administrative jobs. Where I promote and
coordinate at the departmental level the animation, formation, communion and cooperation of the
diocese, with commitments to seminarians.

I am also a seminarian trainer, in the subjects of liturgy, morality, Christology, petrology and
the Bible. I am currently studying theology, to train myself more in the discipline, to be able to
train people who aspire to the priesthood.

It should be noted that I like all my jobs, and they shape me as a person. Be disciplined,
responsible, punctual and form character, since many people depend on my testimony.
 FREE TIME/SHOPPING

In the free times, I like to go to the gym to do exercises, in order to be in good health. I
practice skating, it is one of the sports that I love, since I was a child, I liked it, only I did not
have the possibility of accessing classes.

I like to go to shopping malls, it is my hobby, since I can go to see electrical appliances,

clothes, eat in restaurants. Also, go to the cinema to see movies and to the opera houses.

When I do not go, out I watch movies with friends and family, go for a walk; I like to go with
my family and friends to towns to learn about the culture of our country. Also, read books of my
interest.

THENOLOGY

The relationship that technology has with my work and professional life is very hand in hand.
In order to achieve the objectives of the company, in the process of planning, organizing,
directing and controlling the use of resources and the carrying out of activities, they are not
carried out randomly, but with the purpose or achieving the objectives or goals of the company.
This has brought me efficiency and effectiveness; for example, the efficiency of the technology
has allowed me to meet the objectives and the effectiveness of the technology allows me to
achieve the objectives with greater precision.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, it can be said that personal development is nothing more than a process that
begins, but we do not know when it ends since it is in continuous development. Human potential
is nothing more than realizing the potential and attitudes that each one has to explore it and put it
into operation, that is, from what identifies you as a person, with your weaknesses and strengths,
from your professional and work life. Free time allows us to get out of the routine, charge
ourselves with energy, promote personal fulfillment, strengthen bonds and interpersonal
relationships. Technology responds to the desire and will that people have to transform the
environment and the world around us, looking for new ways to satisfy users in general.
