Terms & Conditions:
1. Insurance for labor should be barred by the owner.
2. Arrangement for labor accommodation, w.c, policy, water & electricity facility also
provides by for the labor.
3. Dewatering and breaking work from the foundation should be carried out at the
owner’s coat.
4. The above rates are for labor work only.
5. Government tax is not Included in the above rates so it will be charged extra.
6. GST: 18% on labor as per the government norms.

7. Payment against the bill for the work done shall be made within 5 days, falling in it
Contractor shall not be responsible for delay in completion of the work.
8. The owner should store necessary material near the site within 50 feet Range.
9. Water, watchman, and Electrification arrangements shall be provided at the site by the
owner.
10. Rates for the extra items shall be negotiated with the advice of the architect.
11. The above rates are valid for 12 months from the date of submitting the same.
12. Measurement of slab & R.C.C. wall shall be taken full and thickness of slab or wall
shall not be deducted from the depth of beam or column.
13. Arrangements for curing and watchman for 24 hr. shall be arranged by the owner.
14. In the above rates (10 % / Floor/10' HT) lead will be charged extra.
15. During the construction work, all labor is staying on-site till the work will be
complete or provide an optional area for accommodation.
16. All work will be carried out at the owner’s risk & cost so all expenses regarding
damages, site maintenance costs any penalties, and remedies work should be carried
out at the owner’s cost.
17. For exposed work touching work for the RCC member will be carried out by the
owner, touching work cost for the exposed work should be charged extra.
18. Concreting work Quantity more than 50 C.M.shell be carried out by R.M.C Only and
for that, no deduction in rate shall be entertained.
