SUBJECT: No Fork Movement or Slow Movement in One Direction

MODELS AFFECTED: H170–280HD (F007/G007/H007) & H300–360HD (E019/F019/G019)

DESCRIPTION:
This Parts-Service Gram replaces Gram JG00025 to add models not previously listed.
Please discard all electronic and paper copies of that Gram.

In the event of no fork movement or slow movement in one direction on unit equipted with a
simultaneous fork positioner, the possibility exist that the flow divider cartridge in the manifold is
broken.

Note:
- Uneven movement of 2 inches between forks is allowed
- Only the cartridge needs to be replaced not the complete manifold

Please order and install part as follow:

Installation of flow divider cartridge

CAUTION: When working with hydraulics always take the necessary safety
precautions found in Service Manual 1900YRM0938 in HYPASS OnLine.

Position of flow divider on carriage.

Remove this cartridge from the manifold.

Install cartridge item (1) in the manifold.

Note:
Tightening torque to be applied: 37 ±3.5
lbf-ft
