A. Scope of work

1. Inclusions

 All work and material which mentioned in the offer above.

 Supply of skilled workers with required tools and tackles to accomplish the work as per standards.
 Food & Transportation.

2. Exclusions

 Any other work mentioned above from the scope of work will be considered as variation.
 All the HVAC Equipment’s suitable Platform base to be provided by the client (SCC).
 Site facilities/water & electricity.
 Power supply to all the HVAC Equipment’s (PACU/AHU/Split unit) to be provided by client.
380V/3PH/60Hz For all items (PACU/AHU/ACCU)
Split Units - 220-240V/1Ph/60Hz For all items
 Power Supply for tools and tackles.
 Prepare The ACCOMMODATION
 Gate pass for our team, tools and equipment's.

 TAB Works.
 Third Party Inspection Works & Certifications.
 Scaffolding for completion of job safely.

Terms and Conditions

 We shall mobilize personnel as per agreed schedule with the client after receiving acceptable
purchase order, subject to availability at the time of receiving order.
 Work shall be on continuous basis without interruption, minimum 10 hours day 6 days a week.
 This price consists of labor charges with tools and testing work.
 Any rework or repeated work will be charged separately.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Acceptance of Goods: Buyer shall inspect the goods on seller`s warehouse before shipment is
affected
Cancellations: If the Seller, on Buyer`s request, shall agree to cancel any order or part thereof, the
Buyer shall reimburse the Seller for costs and expenses which arise as a result of the cancellation. In
the event of cancellation Buyer shall pay in full for any goods produced under the order. Seller
reserves the right to offset its cancellation costs against any payments received on the order.
Changes: Work and material in addition to or different from, that stated herein, and changes in
drawings or specifications, shall be subject to seller`s approval, and shall entitle Seller to an
adjustment in the price and schedule.
Force Majeure: Seller shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or penalties occasioned by late
performance, nor for any deviations in performance due to fires, strikes, labor disputes, supplier
delays, governmental actions, customs delays. Acts of nature, or any other condition beyond Seller`s
control.
Applicable Law: Any agreement arising from this quotation shall be governed by, and constructed in
accordance with, the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

E. Validity: This offer is valid only for 2 weeks from above date.
F. Project Duration: 3 months from the date of PO & site readiness & mobilization.
G. Completion period

1. The entire contractual work would be completed as per mutually agreed programmed of work, subject
to receipt of payments and all drawing / data duly signed and approved by you or your company.
2. Our quote is based on your requirement; any variation other than the BOQ-Drawings/ scope of
work will be additional.
