2-What is the impact of laser light on a tissue? The tissue heats up quickly due to the
laser pulse's high absorption and strength. Water vaporizes at around 100°C,
causing a fast rise in tissue pressure, which can result in explosive tissue ablation.
--Instruments
Optical bench, polarizers, laser - light source.
--Safety remarks:
It's important to remember that dealing with laser light might be hazardous to your eyesight.
Avoid eye contact with laser beams that are either direct or reflected.
--Introduction
= Set the measurement kit according to the scheme we were given:
=Perform measurement of current value dependence on the angle of rotation of the analyzer
relative to the polarizer.
=Rotate the analyzer holder and record results every 10o (in the range of 0o – 90o). Perform 3
series of measurements for each position of the analyzer
Measurements
+Make a plot of the capacity Iavg=f(cos2α).
+ Peruse from the plot Iavg=f (cos2α) the qualities I0o and I90o and substitute for
recipe:𝐼𝛼 = 𝐼900 + (𝐼0𝑜 − 𝐼90𝑜)cos2𝛼 From the above recipe, for the qualities I0o and I90o
ascertain hypothetical qualities 𝐼𝛼 and put them into Iavg=f(cos2α) chart as reference
bend.𝐼−𝐼𝑚𝑖𝑛. Make a plot of the capacity 𝑓(𝛼) = 𝐼𝑚𝑎𝑥−𝐼𝑚𝑖𝑛 .
