Air filter housing installation and commissioning with compressor

1 Dismantling of Atlas copco filter unit for connecting suction pipe from external filter housing
2 SS ppe to be fixed between filter housing to Compressor suction
3 Silensor to be constructed and BOV pipe to be connected.
4 230 V AC supply to be provided for solenoid valve
5 Air line to be provided for solenoid operation.
6 DP Air filter sensor to be fix in filter housing/ sunction pipe of compressor

Redundant water header commissioning

1 Modifying the water inlet and outlet header lines to suitable to customer pipeline
2 Erecting 300 ND droping line from inlet and outlet water header and all valve to be fixing at man operated hight.
3 Hydrotest to be done after parmanent welding.
4 Erecting 10mm SS tube to the all field valves for valve operation.
5 2C × 1 Sq.mm Cable laying from JB to All field valves for 24 V DC supply.
6 3C × 1 Sq.mm Cable laying from JB to All field valves for Valve Open & Close feedbacks.
7 Erecting cable tray from JB to all filed valves for cable

Flow meter installation and commissioning with compressor for PG test.

1 Flow meter to be supplied
2 Re- fabricate the 200 ND compressor outlet line to fixing of flow meter.
3 3C × 0.5 Sq.mm shielded cable laying from CLP to Flowmeter for analog inputs.
4 Plan for PG test

Miscellaneous jobs
1 1/2" MS Nipple and Pressure gauge and Temperature gauge to be fixed at water outlet line.
2 100 NB Pneumatic operated butterfly valve to be fixed in the location of manual valve at inlet & outlet existing water line of the compressor.
3 Moisture drain line of compressor to be clamped properly.
4 Moxa cable to be provided to customer
5 Cover plate on both earth pits with number plate and resistance values.
6 1/2" MS Nipple and balve to be fixed at bottom of water inlet pipe which connected to compressor cooler water inlet.
7 CT cable terimination to be tightened in VCB.
8 Cable number to be tagged to all the cables from PLC panel to JB.

6 Common alarm - Value showing 1 instead of 0, when the machine is running without any alarm.
7 Laptop to be provided with latet SCADA software.
