FACTS:

1. At about 9:18 in the morning, on the same date, the undersigned received a report from the VVEV, Cainta, Rizal
President Robert Licup, from a post of a concern citizen on FB page of VVEV main regarding an illegal access on
the vacant lot at the end of Ferdinand st., Phase 3 of this village. The undersigned immediately proceeded to the
said area to verify the said report.

2. Based on my invetigagion, the concrete fence on the vacant lot along Emerald st., Greenpark Cainta has a length
of 132 feet long and 6 feet tall. The 12 pieces of hollow blocks at the top of the concrete fence has been
removed and can be used as access on the other side due to the portion of the vacant lot was elevated by a pile
of soil and landfill.

3. This matter has been coordinatd to the village Administrator Engr. Allen Manglicmut and Construction Inspector
Mr. Gilbert Guevarra.

4. The Phase 8 President and Security Chairman Engr. Nelson Marqueses instructed Engr. Allen Manglicmut and Mr
Gilbert Guevarra to take immediate action on this matter due to the illegal access on the said area is a threat on
the security of the entire village.
