A day in the life

Part one - lennon

I read the news today, oh boy

About a lucky man who made the grade
And though the news was rather sad
Well, I just had to laugh
I saw the photograph
He blew his mind out in a car
He didn't notice that the lights had changed
A crowd of people stood and stared
They'd seen his face before
Nobody was really sure if he was from the House of Lords

A grey middle-aged man wakes up fom his slumber. he hesitates to wake up. His house is
filled with high school awards, his diploma, his acheivements from his teenage to young
adult years. There is nothing from his current years. Pictures of him in high school, his ex-
wife, etc. it’s almost as if a 25-year-old was living there.

He gets up and goes to the bathroom, looking at himself, he begins to notice the wrinkles
forming on his face, frowning, he starts his day. His breakfast is bland. He leaves the house
in a dress shirt and tie, ready for work.

He leaves his house walking to the bus stop, he walks through a world of beige and brown.
Only the youth seems to be full of colour and livelihood.

He rides the bus, noticing a red-headed women outside the bus, one similar to the photo of
his ex-wife. She is fulled with colour. He thinks to see her, he blinks and yet she is gone.

He arrives to work, an accountant. He sits in a cubical all day and types nonsense. He stares
at the cat poster he has hanging all day. He then notices the saem red-headed woman
again, wondering through the office.

Orchestra chaos transition

I saw a film today, oh boy

The English Army had just won the war
A crowd of people turned away
But I just had to look
Having read the book
I'd love to turn you on

Thinking to see his wife again he follows her, no one notices him anyways. He follows her
down a long empty hallway. The hallway then begins to expand, the woman begins to be
fartherer, even running. As she runs away the hallway begins to disappear into nothingness.
An abyss of white arises and the woman is far off into the distance. As the ground begins to
break away the man runs back to where he came from. Now afraid to fall into nothingness.
Yet the fall catches him and he falls backwards. As he tries to reach out for the cliff he feel
upon, he looses his sight, finding the bright darkness hit him.

Woke up, fell out of bed

Dragged a comb across my head
Found my way downstairs and drank a cup
And looking up, I noticed I was late
Found my coat and grabbed my hat
Made the bus in seconds flat
Found my way upstairs and had a smoke
And somebody spoke and I went into a dream

The man wakes up again in a sweat, he’s in his room once more yet it’s different. His room
is colourful and he wakes up next to his ex wife or wife. The couple is surrounded by artifacts
and memories of their life. They’re happy.

The couples gets ready together, the wife puts on his tie, he makes her coffee. They leave
the house together, walking through the streets of their bright village. It’s a world of peace,
flowers, and vibrant colours. They take the bus together, they go to work together. There his
is noticed, he’s even the boss.

Though as we wanders through this new life he enjoys, he still sees flashes of his old life.
The one who doesnt want. Yet he’s in a world he doesn’t deserve.

Orchestra chaos again

He begins to find the two worlds colliding, he fights to stay in the one world he wants. . He
begins to realize the life he use to live was full of regret, abuse, he hurt people to benefit
himself. He admits he was an awful person. It begins to drive him into madness, but the
abyss of whiteness returns and his old world slowly builds towards him. He tries to run again
but his world is faster.

Once the chime rings, he has lost.

He fights his madness through the silence, screaming but no one can hear him.
