LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, Jonathan Parungao Roco, of legal age, a native of Philippines, having been born on the 3 rd day of June,
1991, now actually residing at Gomez extension Alejo subdivision Barangay Poblacion, Mariveles Bataan,
2105, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under undue influence, violence,
fraud, or intimidation of whatever kind, do by these presents declare this to my Last Will and Testament
which I have caused to be written in English, the language which is known to me. And I hereby declare
that:

1. I desire that my remains be buried according to the rites of the Roman Catholic Church (IGLESIA
FILIPINA INDEPENDIENTE) and with dignity suitable to my circumstances; and I give the full authority to
my mother Ma. Socorro Parungao Roco to process my life insurance under Saint Peter Life Plan.

2. I give and bequeath to my three (3) children Princess Jessieca Rose Ramos Roco, Brianna Isabbelle
Ramos Roco, Jessie Ramos Roco III, the following:

40% of my time deposit and savings account under Philippine National Bank Mariveles Bataan Branch,

With Savings account number: SA 00000-9983-8763-03

Time Deposit Account number: TD 00565420-0603

40% of my dollar account savings under Bank of the Philippines Island (BPI) Limay Bataan Branch

Account number: 1031-294-202020230

50% of the proceeds of my BDO life insurance, the account was under BDO Balanga City Bataan

200 square meter residential titled lot located at Purok 6 Barangay Cupang Arayat Pampangga

Two (2) hectares of fish pond located at Arayat Pampangga, that was I already inherited form my mother
and father and it was for lease for two Millon pesos for two years and the said contract will be expired
on June 2024.

3. I give and bequeath to Michelle Isaac Gamiao resident of barrio uno camp general Antonio Luna
(Arcenal Bataan) lamao Limay Bataan. To be entitled on the following:

40% of my time deposit and savings account under Philippine National Bank Mariveles Bataan Branch,

With Savings account number: SA 00000-9983-8763-03

Time Deposit Account number: TD 00565420-0603

40% of my dollar account savings under Bank of the Philippines Island (BPI) Limay Bataan Branch

50% of the proceeds of my BDO life insurance, the account was under BDO Balanga City Bataan

And all of the un declared real property not stated on this will and under my name and in accordance to
with the Law.

And I designate and give full authority Michelle Isaac Gamiao to have a parental control for my kids and
to be the administrator on their financial concerns. Until they met their legal age of 18 years old.

4. I give and bequeath the rest of 20% of my deposits to my chosen Charity Bahay Puso Located at
Balanga city Bataan.

5.I designated Attorney Pyle laygo Attorney Emannuel Vincent Cruz, and Michelle Isaac Gamiao as the
sole executor and administrator of this Last Will and Testament,

6.I hereby direct that the executor and administrator of this Last Will and Testament or her substitute
need not present any bond;

7.I hereby revoke, set aside and annul any and all of my other will or testamentary dispositions that I
have made, executed, signed or published preceding this Last Will and Testament.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 25 th day of May 2023, in
Balanga City Bataan, Philippines.
