WAIVER AND TRANFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, NANITA PENOL, of legal age, Filipino, resident of the PISCI relocation site at
Brgy. Camiri, San Enrique, Iloilo, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, do hereby depose and say:

WITNESSETH:
That I am the lawful owner of a certain parcel of land, with an area of TWO
HUNDRED (200) SQUARE METERS, more or less, located at Brgy. Camiri, San
Enrique, Iloilo, Philippines, by virtue of a Deed of Assignment executed on May 18, 2010
and entered into the Notarial Register of Atty. Dennis D. Juanon under Doc. No. 106;
Page No. 23; Book No. LXXVIII; Series of 2010; and which which parcel of land is more
particularly described as follows, to wit:

Area 200 sq.m

That for and in consideration of the amount of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND

(Php 200,000), Philippine Currency, receipt is hereby acknowledged and other
considerations, that the abovementioned party hereby WAIVE, TRANSFER and
CONVEY all her RIGHTS, INTERESTS AND PARTICIPATION over the above-
stated lot unto unto Sps. NADINE KAYE G. CABUGUAS and MIRABEAN NOEL
A. CABUBUAS.
