Re: UPDATE ON THE 3D SWIMMING POOL EPOXY APPLICATION PROJECT

MODASCO NIGERIA LOCATED IN WARRI DELTA STATE.

This notification is in respect of the swimming pool project contracted to us on the 12th of
February 2023 and reasons why there is need to review the conditions and costing of the
above project.

We have had so many challenges in the cause of executing this project. Firstly our job is
strictly 3D Graphic Epoxy finishing and we are not responsible for plastering or any form of
concrete application. Ideally epoxy application on the wall and floor like in the case of
swimming pool is to be charged differently but for relationship sake we didn't do that.

In the cause of our surface preparation we had to screed the entire space twice which cost us a
lot and we did told your team our recommendations and things needed to be fixed before we
proceed to proper application stage.

We were given 2 weeks to return to site for proper application with a promise that all
recommendations will be met.

We got a call that the site was ready and we mobilized all our staffs with materials for
application stage 1 and stage 2 only to discover that the site is not ready for us to work.

We wasted 300,000 for that trip and since then till this day 17th May 2023, the site is not ready
for us to work.

The implication of this and why we are writing this mail is because prices of materials have
gone up and we are yet to make purchase of chemicals for application stage 3 and stage 4
because we have exhausted all in surface preparation and transportation.

It's been 4 months with no positive feedback as to when we are to resume back to work. The
last update we got was that we have to wait until the Chairman returns from his trip Abroad.

Its raining season already and all the surface preparation we did might have been jeopardize
and we can't be responsible for any damage.

We will appreciate if this mail gets to the management and we should have a meeting on the
way forward.

Thanks

Yours Faithfully

Mr Akpoili Emmanuel Ogaga
