Narrative:
Benchmarking is an ongoing, systematic process for measuring
and comparing the work processes of the organizations to those of
another by bringging an external focus to internal activities,
functions, or operations (Kemper 1993).

Last January 10, 2022, Pinacpinacan Elementary School

Teaching Staff together with their School Head visited Paco
Elementary School to benchmark our validated School Based
Management (SBM).

The school OIC firstly oriented and shared to them some

overview on how we come up with the rating of 2.77 equivalently
ADVANCED. And Paco Elementary School gladly showed to them
some best practices and shared to them some interventions and
processes.
