The summary of the research paper titled “WAYS TO EFFECTIVELY USE OF MODERN INFORMATION
SYSTEMS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN CORPORATE GOVERNANCE” is that it is vital to
constantly monitor various areas of financial and economic activity, whether it is commerce, production,
or the supply of any services, in order to make any competent management decision in conditions of
uncertainty and risk. Progress in increasing the power and performance of computer systems, as well as
network technologies and data transmission, are three major factors that have a significant impact on
the development of information systems in organizations: development of organization management
techniques; development of general capabilities and performance of computer systems; development of
approaches to technical and software implementation of information system elements.

In order to effectively use our modern IS and IT in our governance, I believe there are important groups
and organizations. We require our own division to create our own IS and IT, as well as middle managers
and management specialists to find solutions to optimize specific activities such as managing particular
business units that impact customer requests and cost reduction plans. These are critical levels of
corporate governance that must be managed in strict conformity with the setting and customers.

This research paper is beneficial to the development of our country's IT industry since it illustrates all
aspects of corporate governance in both IS and IT. It further stipulates that, in order to bring IS and IT of
corporate management to a condition where it would meet not only the needs of management bodies
but also the needs of the enterprise's staff, specific technical assistance and thorough training of the
country's professionals are required. Knowing all of this information will undoubtedly aid our IT
industry's growth, improvement, and global recognition.
