Double Tim Hardaway Step Through Wall Pass :

-Place a mark on the wall about chest height that you will aim for on each pass.

-Perform the combo as seen in the video. Step through and bounce pass to the wall, simulating a difficult post entry.

-Complete the recommended reps on each side to complete 1 set.

-This drill is designed to improve your ability to go from dribbling to immediately snapping off a precise pass.
-Perform in-between the legs/cross twice, then perform a step through pass to the wall. Alternate the hands that you pass with.

-Perform 2 sets each side.

Double Between Stance Shift Wall Pass Combo :

-Place a mark on the wall about chest height that you will aim for on each pass.

-Perform the combo as seen in the video. Immediately after completion of the combo, snap off a precise 1 hand pass.

-Complete the recommended reps on each side to complete 1 set.

-This drill is designed to improve your ability to go from dribbling to immediately snapping off a precise pass.

Split Drop Triple Through Legs Switch :

-Place 1 cone in front of you.

-Start with your right leg forward in a low split stance position. Pound 5-10 times. Quickly go through your legs 3 times and rapidly switch your stance while
remaining low and dropping your hips.

-This drill is designed to get you comfortable in a low split drop position and improving the speed and efficiency of your switch steps.

Split Drop Between/Cross/Between :

-Place 1 cone in front of you.

-Start with your right leg forward in a low split stance position. Pound 5-10 times. Quickly pull your leg back (feet together) and crossover/between
leg/crossover and bring your left foot to the side of the cone as you drop your hips low into your split stance.

-This drill is designed to get you comfortable in a low split drop position and improving the speed and efficiency of your switch steps.

Rolling Tap Around to Double Through Legs :

-Roll one ball forward and match it's pace as you tap the ball around the rolling ball, then through your legs twice, then tap the ball around the other direction.
-This drill is great for developing low tap control on the move.

Tennis Ball Drop on the Move :

-Drop the tennis ball and make a change of direction move. Grab the tennis ball with the other hand. Continue to rapidly change directions, moving in a zig-zag
pattern.

-This drill is great for dual brain training, hand-eye coordination and change of direction moves.

Running Freestyle :

-Pick up your pace into a sprint and freestyle with the basketball. Get creative but remember, it's all about dribbling on the move at a fast pace so don't slow
down!
