• Help customer who get stressed with DDB, but not

in service outage situation.

• We can discuss not only DDB, but also entire

architecture.

DCAD(Database Clinic in A Day) – How it works

• Last year, there were sessions and whiteboarding in a day.

• This year, only whiteboarding with customer pain points

using DDB.

• Agenda can be anything related to DDB like key design,

cost optimization, performance, etc.

• Maximum 4 hours.

DCAD(Database Clinic in A Day) – Engagement pipeline

1. (Required) Customer attends full day DynamoDB

Immersion Day(or the same knowledge level).

2. Customer returns to work and thinks own

problems by themselves first, then make the
knowledge on their own.

3. Call DCAD(aws-korea-db@) if 400 level

engagement is needed. Then 2+ heroes will be
there with you.
