Good day!

The Guihulngan City Parole and Probation Office, as one of the primary agencies implementing
rehabilitation of offenders, enjoins the whole nation in celebrating the 26 th National Correctional
Consciousness Week (NACOCOW) for the whole month of October. In line with the theme of this
year’s celebration, “Restoring Hope and Healing during this Time of Pandemic through God’s
Transforming, Unconditional Love”, we will be initiating a lecture/orientation seminar on Executive
Order No. 70 known as “Institutionalizing the Whole-of-the-nation approach to End Local
Communist Armed Conflict” (ELCAC) in the covered court of Barangay Martilo, La Libertad, Negros
Oriental at 9:00 o’clock in the morning.

In line with this, we would like to request you or your information officer to discuss EO no. 70 and
some updates about the current peace and order situation of the province.
