Dear Chairman Abalos,

The Balanti-an Elementary School located along the highway in Barangay Balanti-an,
Balasan, Iloilo, Philippines has a large increase on its enrollment this school year 2022-
2023 wherein it is composed of 340 learners and 10 teaching and teaching related
personnel. With the increasing school population, different problems in school also arise.
We have shortage of classrooms, lack of school facilities such as computer rooms, library
and school canteen and we need major repairs to our existing school buildings in order
to provide conducive learning environment to our learners. Another concern of the school
is we don’t have a stage to be used for different school programs and events and the
school perimeter is not enclosed to ensure the safety of our learners and teachers inside
the school campus.

With this reasons, we are humbly requesting a support from your company’s fund for
educational structures to finance our proposed projects which are as follows:
1. School Stage ------------------------------------------------------------ 300,000,000.00
2. Construction of Multi-purpose building with rooms ------------- 45,000,000,000.00
(which will serve as classroom, computer room, library and canteen)
3. Major repairs for our existing school buildings ------------------------ 500,000,000.00
4. Concrete fence to enclose the school perimeter ------------------------ 400,000.00
Php 5,700,000.00
