The goal of this section is to present the reasons for doing this project as well as
stating the project's objectives. In this section in particular it is very important to
write concisely and clearly. Be able to answer the following questions:
The main objective of this innovation project is to ensure the online and
automated submission of analysis reports on school buildings in this
schools division. Previously, the submission and consolidation of reports
were done manually. Using the said scheme, the SDO personnel concerned
found difficulties in consolidating the reports because not all schools
submit their reports on time. Thus, online and automated systems can help
improve the procedures and minimize labor, paper-works, and expenses.
The proponents will be needing the assistance and support of all the

analysis reports on school buildings in the online platforms created by the
proponents.
Laptops and mobile phones with internet connectivity will be the primary
needed resources in utilizing this innovation project. No direct financial
resources is involved in implementing this project.

The main objective of this innovation project is to ensure the online and

of 471 schools, district offices, planning officers, and the Schools Division of
Capiz in general.
