SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, FRANCIS EDGARDO G. LAVARRO, of legal age, single and with

residential address at Lot 6, Blk. 26, Masagana St., Purok Masagana, Brgy. Ibabang
Iyam, Lucena City, has made, constituted and appointed and by these presents, hereby
make, constitute and appoint MARIVIC C. RIBLEZA, likewise of legal age, Filipino
citizen, married and with address at Brgy. Peǹafrancia, Gumaca, Quezon, as my true
and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform
the following acts and namely:

1. To transact, process, arrange, and settle the payment of taxes with Bureau of
Internal Revenue (BIR) and other fees appurtenant thereto, including the
processing the transfer of my registration to another RDO, with the authority to
sign, execute, deliver and receive all documents and to do all acts necessary to
and in connection thereto;

2. To perform any act pursuant to the above undertaking and to execute and sign
necessary documents relative to the above undertaking including affidavits,
request for certain documents from government and private entities.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full and absolute
power and authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as
we might or could lawfully do, if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all
that our said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents,
hereby declaring that the foregoing powers are coupled with an interest in and to the
subject matter thereof in favor of the said Attorney and are therefore irrevocable.
